
One day my youngest daughter brought me a picture she'd drawn of me for my office with the title "Undercover Realtor"...which got me to thinking...if my own daughter had the impression that I was "undercover" surely others must have no idea that I'm even an agent, let alone my work philosophy. So I now realize, if I don't at least do some self promotion, no one will know what I do or how I'm different from other agents. Here goes...
You can count on when listing your house with me, I will invest in professional photos (as long as I don't have to be in them!), create an online video, assist in staging your home, purchase additional online and print advertising, provide you with a list of inexpensive updates designed to increase your bottom line, work to get the highest sales price the market will bear, advise you in all negotiations and generally project manage every detail possible in the entire transaction. Consider me your new best friend with your interests foremost in my mind.
On the flip side, when you use me to represent you in the purchase of a new home, I will search out all possible properties, listed or not, advise you as to the pros/cons of each home, recommend lenders, work to get the lowest sales price possible, search out as much information on the property as I can, coordinate with your loan officer, help in negotiations and again, project manage the entire process from start to finish.
Real estate is a business that calls for a large amount of trust in your Realtor, a responsibility that I take very seriously. I am appreciative of this trust each of my clients invests in me...So if I overlook a photo of myself here & there, know that promoting your home for sale or finding your dream home to purchase is my #1 thought!
