Help! My Life Is Changing!!
As both my daughters enter their teen years, I have a daily reminder that life is marching forwards...with milestones & events regularly appearing on our shared calendars. I'd suspect this is the same for all of us that have children...their changes are our reminders that not just their lives are changing, OUR lives are changing, whether we are aware this or not.And with change, many times this brings up a need for a new home. A formerly perfect house becomes difficult to manage with too many stairs, too small for the family with the addition of a new baby, too big to look after all the maintenance, or the possibly the area where we currently live becomes too crowded, too far from work or too far from extended family.
Navigating the road to a new home is not a straight forward one...if only! Packing up is alone an incredibly daunting task with careers, activities, & multiple schedules not to mention the additional stress when coupling a move with the biggest financial investment you make in your lifetime.
I wouldn't attempt to say that I could make a house purchase & sale transaction stress free...I can imagine the line at my door if I could! What I can say, when choosing me as your Realtor®, you get an advocate for your needs as a buyer or seller, working my hardest to take as much stress off your shoulders as I am able.
Though far from perfect, I commit to you that I will work my hardest for your transaction to be cared for as I would do so with my own. Which I very well might have...a transaction of my own...in the upcoming year. Keeping with the theme of life changing, stay tuned for more regarding a possible property move of my own with my family. If so, I'll walk you through my own transaction, seeing it from a Realtor® as well as buyer/seller perspective.
If you do also foresee a possibility of a new home on the horizon in 2019, now is the time for us to get together to consult, seeing what that would look like financially as well as current market factors.
I humbly thank you for considering to ask me along on your life's journey to a new home...
